In this role, you’ll lead training intake and needs assessments, then design and deliver learning experiences that help employees and leaders grow the skills they need to succeed. You’ll collaborate closely with business partners, SMEs, and instructional design to ensure programs align with SGI and SGI CANADA’s priorities—and you’ll use feedback and data to continuously improve what we offer. Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as Business ; a certificate or diploma in adult education and five years’ experience in training and development.
