Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team focusing on the Peterborough and surrounding territories. New business acquisition throughout your territory. Development of existing business throughout existing client base. Achieving set revenue targets and key KPIs. Reporting to the Commercial Director according to the current directives. Gather information about market changes and competition. Active participation in meetings, trainings, and following training plans. Qualifications 1-2 years minimum experience in a client‑facing high commission sales role such as car sales. Full clean UK driving licence. Strong, demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets. Self‑starter who is driven by new challenges. Target and commission driven. Fully IT literate. Well‑presented, professional and articulate. This is a client‑facing role and you will serve as a representative of the company brand. You will have a confident, well‑spoken telephone manner and will always present yourself immaculately when meeting clients. Ability to travel to the patch with ease. You will be selling to businesses within a geographic territory, and it is vital that you can travel to the region. Ideally you will live within the territory.
