This includes supporting the delivery of a culturally adapted, evidence-based parenting program, coordinating research and evaluation activities with PolicyWise for Children & Families, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements, ethics protocols, and data management standards. The role works closely with the Manager of Family Services, Director of Settlement and Community Services, facilitators, and research partners to ensure smooth implementation of program activities across all phases of the project, including planning, adaptation, delivery, evaluation, and knowledge mobilization.
