Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) Pay Rate: CAD 100- 110/Hour + HST Required Work Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting, facilitating, and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios and environments. Minimum of 15 years of experience in business writing, communication, and documentation , including reports, briefing materials, and formal assessments. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Artificial Intelligence technologies , such as machine learning (ML) or natural language processing (NLP). Experience & Skills Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Alberta Health Information Act (HIA) , including development and support of related artifacts such as: Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) Security Threat Risk Assessments (STRA) Business Impact Assessments (BIA) Extensive experience coordinating information management, privacy impact, and security risk assessments within IT projects (10+ years). Experience developing training materials to support business, privacy, or compliance initiatives (5+ years). Experience developing training plans to support organizational change and adoption (3+ years). Demonstrated experience with change management practices, including stakeholder readiness and impact analysis (5+ years). Strong background in information management concepts, privacy, and security , including experience with: Access to Information Act (ATIA) Protection of Privacy Act (POPA), formerly FOIP Experience developing information management policies, standards, and best practices (5+ years). Hands‑on experience implementing data security and privacy controls , including: Security policies Data de‑identification and anonymization Experience applying Responsible AI principles , such as fairness, bias detection, and explainability, including conducting AI‑related risk assessments and providing mitigation recommendations to senior leadership (1+ year).
