Our client, a leading multinational manufacturer in the aerospace sector, is looking for an experienced Account Specialist. As a member of our growing team, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and overseeing the seamless movement of products and information. Please note that this position requires 5 days of work on site. Role Purpose This position outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for an Account Specialist skilled in account management and logistics. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Manage key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for order inquiries, status updates, and post-delivery follow-up. Coordinate logistics for order fulfillment, tracking shipments, managing returns, and resolving delivery issues. Respond to client requests by phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, operations, and logistics—to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment. Process sales orders via customer systems and SAP, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date. Monitor the movement of goods and proactively communicate with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and on-time deliveries. Maintain detailed records of account activities, order status, and resolution of client concerns. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes related to account management and order logistics. Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Proven experience in account management and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment. High school diploma required; post-secondary education (BA or College Diploma) in business, supply chain, or related field is preferred. Advanced computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
