Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our sales and account management team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a relationship-driven environment and can become the bridge between clients, internal teams, and operations. You will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager with client accounts from initial inquiry through order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high-touch customer experience. Responsibilities Account & Client Support Serve as a support contact for house accounts Assist Account Managers with day-to-day client communications Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding quotes, orders, timelines, and product information Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through clear and timely communication Help prepare quotations and order documentation Track orders from confirmation through production, shipping, and delivery Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, production) to ensure timelines are met Proactively flag potential delays or issues and help identify solutions Administrative & CRM Management Maintain accurate client records, pricing, and order details in CRM and internal systems Assist with invoicing, documentation, and follow-up as needed Organize files, specifications, and correspondence related to each account Support reporting, forecasting, and account tracking Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Help resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and client experience Support special projects related to sales operations, marketing, or customer success Qualifications 2+ years of experience in account support, customer service, sales coordination, or administrative support Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Experience in B2B sales Highly organized and dependable Client-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and accountability Comfortable working independently while supporting a team Adaptable and eager to learn product details and processes What We Offer Opportunity to grow and develop within the company Supportive, collaborative team environment Be part of a well-established organization with over 50 years of industry experience, while contributing to continued growth and innovation within the healthcare space #J-18808-Ljbffr
