The Controller will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company’s financial strategy and operations as they look to triple the business.QualificationsUniversity degree in accounting or finance10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience3+ years in a finance business partner, controller, or director‑level positionCPA is a must or 10+ years of strong accounting & finance experienceA very smart analytical, and business‑minded person not afraid to be hands‑onExperience working and presenting to C‑Suite and board‑level membersExperience working in the manufacturing, distribution, or construction spaceExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsTech‑savvyAI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
