Responsibilities Implement and manage the assigned program elements from inception through to completion in close collaboration with the Program Manager. Develop new project plans and reporting materials, including project charters, records, monthly updates, and quarterly dashboards in consultation with required stakeholders, including clients. Act as a shared resource within an integrated project delivery environment, collaborating with the Project Manager to identify and utilize the required human and material resources to complete assigned tasks successfully. Assist in formulation and administration of a resource allocation strategy to guide distribution of work and budgets. Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan. Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines. Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher. Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs. Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Program Manager. Consult with the assigned Program Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phases of a project. Complete any tasks assigned by Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Working Conditions Hybrid – some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Must have a recognized certification such as PMI Project Management, ReadyTM, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Bonus Points If You Have In‑depth understanding of prevailing Project Management methods. Competent in the application of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance. Effective skills in Microsoft Office. Proficient in project management software. Ability to arrange priorities and elevate competing risks to meet deadlines. Keen eye for detail and adept problem‑solving abilities. Demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal). Equipped to work independently and as part of a team.
