Key Responsibilities Produce monthly and annual period‑end reports and analyses to validate inventory value, identify discrepancies, and provide supporting explanations. Perform weekly/daily checks or follow‑ups on various inventory movements across the entire supply chain, providing appropriate analyses and corrective actions as needed. Ensure the integrity of costs in the system. Identify opportunities for optimization (existing tools, processes, specific situations, tools to be developed, etc.) to increase individual or overall efficiency. Support testing processes for new system functionalities and updates, producing appropriate documentation. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders regarding specific situations, questions, discrepancies, and/or inventory‑related processes. Create and/or maintain documentation related to assigned tasks. Support the manager and team in the completion of other related tasks. Design, optimize, and maintain queries to improve the efficiency of data analyses and operational procedures. Diploma or professional training in a related field. Experience in inventory management and tracking inventory movements across systems (an asset). Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills).
