Analyst, Sales Strategy Date: Apr 24, 2026 Location: Toronto, ON, CA • Calgary, AB, CA • Vancouver, British Columbia, CA Company: Softchoice Role Overview As a Sales Strategy Analyst, you will help translate corporate sales strategy into clear, executable sales motions that sellers can adopt and execute at scale. You will support the execution and performance of prioritized sales motions by analyzing business objectives, sales workflows, and seller experience. Working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, you will surface insights that improve operating rhythms, reduce seller friction, and enable consistent, effective sales execution across segments, regions, and teams. Responsibilities Analyze high‑level business objectives and support the development of executable sales plays aligned to prioritized sales motions across segments, regions, and teams. Support the translation of Sales strategy into clear sales execution components, including seller workflows, entry and exit criteria, handoffs, and inspection points. Assess execution readiness to identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to adoption before initiatives are scaled. Track and analyze sales motion performance metrics such as conversion, velocity, and adoption to identify trends and execution gaps. Prepare insights and recommendations to inform decisions on whether to iterate, scale, pause, or stop sales motions. Analyze account lists using performance data, segmentation, and readiness indicators to surface priority accounts and focus areas. Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Field teams to align on definitions, gather inputs, and support consistent execution. Analyze seller workflows and feedback to identify friction, duplication, and low‑value activity, and support efforts to simplify execution. What you’ll bring to the table 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or commercial program support. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize quantitative data and qualitative inputs into actionable insights. Experience analyzing account lists, segmentation, and performance data to support prioritization and execution decisions. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Sales Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Field teams. High empathy for seller and manager workflows and day‑to‑day execution realities. Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving sales environments with a bias for action and continuous improvement. Compensation A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Ontario is $62,400 to $78,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
