Position: Branch Manager Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent Pay: Starting from $100,000 annually What You Will Do Oversee the daily operations and growth of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Contribute to the execution of the annual business plan, driving individual and team performance to achieve set goals and targets. Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives, ensuring new team members receive comprehensive training, seamless integration, and feel included within the organizational culture. Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and mentorship while effectively managing conflicts, fostering collaboration, and promoting a supportive, high‑performing, and conducive working environment. Promote and model exceptional customer service by leading with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑oriented approach. Partner with leaders and staff to create schedules that align operational demands with employee availability, engagement, and collaboration. Uphold organizational values, nurture an inclusive and accountable workplace, and build strong relationships with clients and the broader insurance community.
