The team is accountable for the development and implementation of an enterprise risk management strategy, governance, policies and practices, reporting and operating frameworks, and operations associated with the Risk Management function.TD applies the “Three Lines of Defence” model to risk management as defined in the Enterprise Risk Framework. As part of the second line of defence, the ERM team assures the appropriate design, implementation, and/or execution of (applicable components of) the TD risk management framework. ERM collaborates with a broad network of business and risk management practitioners and other corporate functions in all jurisdictions where the Bank has business activities.**Job Description:**Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, the Group Risk Specialist will lead and/or support ERM Dashboard and Risk Appetite program reporting and related initiatives across Risk Management, including the development and advancement of data management and visualization.
