Position TitleSAP iXp Intern – Agile Test Developer LocationVancouver, BC Start DateSeptember 2026 Contract Duration8 months Work Hours40 hours per week (Full-time) ResponsibilitiesDevelop new frameworks and tools related to continuous integration, continuous delivery and end‑to‑end test automation Assess new technology projects and tools, or migrate our environments to new versions to keep up with the rapid pace of change Gain experience in communication and technical skills working with Product Experts and other Agile Developers Develop superior skills in software design, testing and analyzing code, and first‑to‑market strategy Design and execute test scenarios to fully exercise user stories Employ continuous integration, test driven development, unit tests, end‑to‑end automation, risk analysis and testing best practices Participate in sprint planning meetings, estimate user stories, commit and execute on team tasks QualificationsStrong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement Results‑oriented approach and courage to take initiative Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and have a positive self‑motivated can‑do attitude Solid programming skills in JavaScript and Java (or equivalent) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and at least one leading JavaScript framework (e.g., jQuery) Working knowledge of data structures, algorithms and principles of object‑oriented design Understanding of databases and web application servers Previous internship experience is an asset Seeking students who can commit to an 8‑month full‑time internship starting September 2026 EducationComputer Science or Engineering EligibilityMust be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program. Language RequirementFunctional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec context.
