Come join us to stay true to our mission of delivering ONLY the best customer service!What You Will DoWe are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our Logistics team as a Supply Chain Analyst who will analyze and manage the logistics data.ResponsibilitiesManage Product update request (PUR) – Bulk upload process. Maintenance of E1 master data accuracy (Item master, Landed Cost, Cross Ref, FOB Catalog). Validate HS and duty entry with the Customs specialist and update E1 if required. Analyze landed cost variance freight and duty. Analyze Lead time performance. Manage the logistics master Data (Carrier, PO, SKU, Shipment, SKU, Vendor, Warehouse). Build and Maintain the Logistics Standard operational procedures (SOP) with internal clients, suppliers and other departments of the company. Manage Logistics KPI and Dashboards. Map the Logistics process (Visio). Analyze logistics performance. Analyze logistics tradeline workload. Generate reports for the logistics department (open PO report, pre-SAL report). Manage report for internal clients (GIT, division open PO, FA, landed cost, SAL). Coordinate with Logistics supervisors the development of tools to improve the logistics/supply chain process. Prepare presentations report for upper management. Execute improvement opportunities (Macros, Validators). Participate and lead in logistics projects. What We Are Looking ForExperience in a related field, preferably within a Supply Chain environment, manufacturing, or logistics. Advanced Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot table, Power query). Database management skills (Microsoft access, SQL). Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Power BI. Knowledge of Oracle E1 is an asset. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do Business across Canada and the US). Ready to join our team?
