Brand Ambassadors – Volkswagen Owner Benefit (VolksKlub) | Canada Soccer House Vancouver We’re looking for polished, energetic, and welcoming Brand Ambassadors to support an exclusive Volkswagen Owner Benefit (VolksKlub) VIP experience at Canada Soccer House in Vancouver! Volkswagen has rented out Pier 7 Restaurant at The Shipyards to host VW owners as they cheer on Team Canada during the World Cup. Location: The Shipyards, Vancouver Dates: June 12, 18, 24 Shift Length: Approximately 6 hours (times TBD) Training: 1-hour virtual training (TBD) About the Role This activation is more hospitality/promo-model focused, creating a premium and welcoming VIP experience for Volkswagen owners attending the viewing events. Responsibilities Greeting Volkswagen owners and checking credentials Assisting guests with photos using their personal phones Answering general event questions (washrooms, event flow, etc.) Distributing scarves and promotional items Assisting with light setup and tear down Creating a warm, energetic, and elevated guest experience What We’re Looking For Friendly, polished, and professional individuals Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable engaging guests in a hospitality-style environment Previous Brand Ambassador, hospitality, or promo-model experience is an asset Must be reliable and available for all event dates If you enjoy live events, sports, hospitality, and creating premium guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
