Project Coordinator – Calgary ENTRUST Canada is a leading engineering consulting firm providing design and engineering services to the electric power delivery industry. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project management group in Calgary. Responsibilities Manage smaller engineering projects alongside the technical lead. Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and other business units. Create client‑specific weekly and monthly reports. Regularly review and update project costs, accruals, and forecasts. Create project plans and update them throughout the project. Request quotes and subcontractor purchase orders. Review and approve project invoices. Attend and record action items for project meetings. Assist Project Manager on larger projects when assigned. Qualifications Past experience with project coordination, project controls, or administrative duties. Minimum 5 years’ work experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide spectrum of clients. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives. Positive attitude, strong client focus, and results‑driven approach. Experience in the utility industry. Experience with time‑tracking systems. Preferred Experience working on Transmission utility projects. Well‑rounded and flexible individual with the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
