As a member of a dynamic, cross‑functional Agile team, you will: Provide technical leadership and contribute to best practices across the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, develop, test, launch, and refine innovative solutions. Focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable applications that enhance user experience and functionality. Stay current with emerging technologies to ensure the team’s technical capabilities remain cutting‑edge. Day to Day Responsibilities Critically evaluate current processes and proactively contribute to, or lead, the implementation of improvement opportunities by incorporating past learnings and leveraging industry best practices. Maintain a solutions‑focused approach. Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation among the team, receptive to, soliciting, and applying feedback and learning on the job.
