Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions and Services Executive (SSE) to support the Greater Toronto Area, covering large enterprise and public sector accounts. In this strategic role, the SSE will nurture and own the end-to-end services relationship with customers throughout the entire deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities and develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals. Partner across multiple organizations—including sales, finance, service delivery, customers, and business partners—to lead all elements of the services sales cycle. Define a framework to manage long-term strategy and forecasting, consistently using Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track key sales metrics. Manage complex contract negotiations and ensure alignment with the customer’s requirements. Account Engagement (Strategic Responsibilities) Operate as a core member of the account leadership team, partnering closely with the Client Manager and collaborating with specialists across the organization. Co‑develop and execute strategic account plans that unify customer engagement, long-term services adoption, and revenue growth objectives. Align Lenovo’s full services portfolio with the customer’s business priorities and coordinate approaches to achieve territory and segment goals. Cultivate and expand executive-level relationships, positioning Lenovo as a trusted strategic advisor and influencing customer vision across the enterprise. Portfolio Acumen Display deep understanding of Lenovo’s end-to-end strategic services portfolio. Understand customers’ business and IT challenges, positioning the appropriate Lenovo solutions. Position complex solutions across Lenovo’s extensive services portfolio. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience. 8+ years of successful solutions and services experience. Experience as an IT Services solutions provider selling multi-year managed services solutions. Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions and Device‑as‑a‑Service. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Proactive and driven approach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading complex solutions to large organizations. English/French bilingualism is an asset. Experience negotiating contracts. Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large companies. Trusted advisor for industry-specific insights and thought leadership to customers. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range budgeted for this position is CAD $140,000 – $160,000 annually. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
