Job Purpose As a Senior Account Executive in the Global Studios team, you will build strong relationships with clients while overseeing the delivery of a wide variety of integrated campaigns. You’ll manage client briefs, plan, and review creative work, and coordinate the agency’s workload in partnership with the rest of the team, working across multiple accounts. WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage, draft and review client briefs. Ensure client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns and liaise with the Account Director on the team’s capacity. Clarify questions with clients, manage expectations and proactively communicate status, updates, or agency recommendations. Effectively distill and transfer client feedback to designers and copywriters. Prioritise workloads for the team and elevate issues when needed. Ensure client requirements are met whilst protecting DEPT brand values. Maintain a full understanding of the client’s business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges to advise on the best communications solutions. Build strong relationships with key clients via meetings, video calls, planning sessions, briefings, and evaluation reviews. Maintain high standards and add value wherever possible. Ensure success criteria are met and projects are delivered on time and to budget. Escalate to senior management when internal or external issues may impact accounts. Work with the team to determine and test creatives across client‑owned channels. WHAT YOU BRING Experience delivering a broad range of multi‑channel marketing communications, including digital, direct, email, and banner campaigns. Extremely organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ambitious and able to think strategically, contribute new ideas to the agency. Can work within short timeframes and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency. Highly motivated to learn, grow, and improve. Personable, approachable demeanor and a motivating team player. Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superb planning and organisational ability. Ability to manage and develop client and supplier relationships. Basic understanding of financials to manage budgets effectively.
