Location: St. Laurent, QC Job Type: Hybrid Responsibilities Create new tactical features such as equipment and sensors, and develop different dynamics levels of fidelity. Express creativity and initiative in developing these features to be as realistic as possible. Collaborate with multiple teams to solve complex technical challenges. Optimize performance for real-time operation while maintaining high fidelity realism. Participate actively in code reviews. Stay updated on technology trends. Basic Qualifications BS or MS Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Proficient in programming, comfortable writing code. Experience with CGF, excellent 3D math skills, and advanced knowledge of C++ programming. Knowledge of software engineering principles. Experience in a cross-disciplinary development environment with strong communication skills.
