The Governance and Special Projects Analyst is part of the Organizational Learning team and reports directly to the Director, Organizational Learning. This role enables effective governance within the organizational learning function and with the manufacturing organization. It includes training operations data across all sites, strategic projects, links with other functions governance, actions and deliverable follow up and delivering high‑quality strategic communications for senior leaders. The analyst also may lead special mandates that advance the learning strategy, improve ways of working, and strengthen consistency and impact across the enterprise. Work with learning teams across manufacturing sites to align priorities, coordinate shared initiatives, and promote consistent standards and ways of working. Build and publish recurring learning governance and performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, risks/issues, milestones) with clear narrative insights for diverse stakeholders. Coordinate the Learning Community of Practice activities and prepare sessions with participants. Maintain high‑quality governance documentation (charters, decision logs, RACI, standards, templates) and ensure version control, traceability, and accessibility across sites. Analyze learning operations and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; synthesize findings into recommendations for the leadership team. Develop and standardize toolkits, templates, and playbooks that enable learning teams to execute consistently and efficiently across manufacturing sites. Prepare strategic presentations and executive‑ready materials for senior leaders, translating complex inputs into clear storylines, insights, and decisions required. Ensure clear, timely, and bilingual (English/French) communications across stakeholders, escalating risks, dependencies, and decisions when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management, governance or PMO support, learning operations, or business analysis (manufacturing environment an asset). Experience working in a learning/training organization is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable creating concise executive‑ready materials and dashboards. Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is required (written and spoken). Spanish is an asset. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; able to capture outcomes accurately and drive timely follow‑up across multiple sites. Project management experience, including planning, tracking, dependency management, risk/issue management, and executive‑ready status reporting. Ability to work effectively across functions and levels, balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred: experience with governance/compliance frameworks, internal controls, process mapping, Power BI, and/or project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Key competencies Strong organization and planning skills; able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders across sites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages and materials for frontline and senior‑leader audiences. Ability to synthesize complex topics into crisp, executive‑level summaries. Proactive follow‑through and strong stakeholder management. Continuous improvement mindset; comfortable working with ambiguity.
