Job Title: Bilingual Customer Experience Representative Location: Remote (Must reside in Canada) Compensation: $20.68–$21.63 CAD per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Duration: 13‑month fixed‑term contract Key Tasks Processing quotes, orders, refunds, and warranties into the ERP system. Assisting customers and sales representatives via phone and email with their inquiries (90% of clientele English, 10% French). Following up and providing ETA on orders.
