The successful person will be an energetic, customer-focused, self-starter who has experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. Your Daily Contribution & Impact: The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will play a key role in strengthening our internal Workday. Supporting approximately 2,000 employees across Canada, this role will serve as a primary Workday configuration expert and serve as the primary Workday configuration expert. This position is ideal for a hands-on Workday professional who enjoys configuring the platform, solving problems across multiple modules, and improving how HR technology supports the business. Responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday across multiple modules including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time, Payroll (Canada), and Learning Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 2 support for Workday issues Design and update business processes, condition rules, eligibility rules, and security Perform EIB data loads, configuration updates, and tenant maintenance Support Workday releases, including impact analysis and testing Maintain Workday security groups and domain policies Build and enhance Workday reports and dashboards Monitor integrations and partner with AMS vendors when escalation is required Mentor the HRIS Analyst responsible for Tier 1 intake and triage Identify opportunities to improve Workday processes and bring more capability in-house Qualifications 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years configuring Workday Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting Experience supporting multiple Workday modules Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes Experience performing release testing and tenant support Bilingual French and English preferred Workday certification is a plus, but practical configuration experience matters more.
