We are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to lead from the front - owning commercial performance across North America, building and leading a remote team of Regional Sales Representatives and helping shape the next chapter of a business with real ambition to grow. This is a genuine leadership role. You will set the sales strategy, build the team and sit at the top table - with a real stake in where the business goes next. What success looks like: A sales team that is well recruited, well led and growing in confidence and capability. Revenue and margin targets met - across the team's regions and your own portfolio. If this sounds like you: You have proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership - carrying personal targets alongside leading a team. You know how to find and win new business at a senior level - not just manage what is already there. You are comfortable leading a remote team - keeping people accountable, motivated and connected without micromanaging. You thrive working remotely and independently - and are equally energised by regular in-person time with your team and at our Rosedale, BC base. You have experience with major retail or wholesale accounts - comfortable in a room with a serious buyer. You are commercially driven and ambitious - for the business as much as for yourself. You take ownership and make decisions - you do not need hand-holding.
