(80%) Protect and grow existing accounts by staying closely connected to customers and anticipating their evolving operational needs. Lead discovery conversations to understand workflow challenges, recommend the right mobile fleet support solutions, and guide prospects from initial interest through to close. Build a steady stream of prospects by researching target sectors, leveraging digital channels, and using industry tools to identify and qualify decision-makers. Maintain complete visibility of all sales activity by updating the CRM and managing opportunities through each stage of the pipeline. Partner with internal teams to coordinate smooth solution implementation and ensure new clients transition successfully into ongoing service. Requirements Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20% Road vs Office: 80% vs 20% Languages: Fluent in French and English Education: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, commerce, or another relevant discipline Training: Structured on the job training provided with manager and colleagues Years of experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a proven track record Other requirements Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with confident presentation skills. Very organized with strong time-management skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools.
