The Territory Manager – Survey is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer business. You will develop and execute a key business strategy for Brandt, backed by a best‑in‑class support organization. That’s Powerful Value, Delivered. What You Will Be Responsible For New account creation and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve sales targets as set out by the company. Continuously develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of immediate/future customer opportunities. Promote and sell all survey products assigned to the role. Understand and apply machine and company feature, advantage, benefit statements to drive sales success. Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts. Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models. Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotations. Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis; lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales and submitted on a weekly basis to the manager. Report to Brampton Positioning Technology office. What We Look For Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of the surveying and construction industry considered an asset. Post‑secondary education in Business, Engineering, Construction or Surveying considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts. Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers. Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurial outlook. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office suite. Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver’s abstract and valid passport are required. Being bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.
