About the role Clutch is looking for a Bilingual Retail Advisor (Mandarin/Cantonese) to be the face of our company in our first Retail location at Markville Mall! Since our entire car-buying process is online, you’ll be the first Clutch employee our customers meet when they pick up or sell their vehicle. You'll have the freedom to go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great, unique experience. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the face of the company in addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Inspect vehicles, carefully assessing cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality service for customers. Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and take thorough notes in our customer tracking system. Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary, working as a team player. Here's what you have Education: High school diploma or equivalent. License: Minimum of a G2 Driver's License (valid in Ontario). Driving Record: Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions. Background Check: Clean criminal background check. Bilingual: Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada. Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. It'd be great if you have Valid OMVIC License. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you obtain it. A passion for cars and the automotive industry. Experience with warranty products to answer questions during the process.
