Role Summary We are looking for a techno‑functional SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Dataverse/MDA/Canvas Apps) consultant who looks to move toward delivery leadership while maintaining a strong technical foundation.The incumbent is comfortable engaging directly with clients on requirements, translating business needs into well‑structured solutions, and seeing work through from design to execution. They work effectively within a delivery ecosystem alongside peers and management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deliver SharePoint and Power Platform‑based business solutions tailored to client needsCreate and configure SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and information architecture using best practicesDesign and implement Dataverse data models, including data relationship mapping and schema designCreate automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate to support business processesLead client requirements intake independently, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical solutionsOwn assigned workstreams end to end, ensuring tasks are tracked, progressed, and delivered without dependency on othersCapable of working alongside peers and guiding junior staff to complete project tasksClearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure solutions are well‑structured, sustainable, and aligned with Microsoft best practicesRequired QualificationsStrong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, including site creation and solution designProven experience building business solutions on top of SharePoint OnlineSolid experience with the Power Platform, specifically Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven) and Power AutomateStrong understanding of data modelling concepts, including table relationships and data structures within DataverseDemonstrated ability to gather requirements directly from clients and convert them into working solutionsAbility to work independently, manage tasks proactively, and take full ownership of deliverablesClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred QualificationsExperience designing end‑to‑end business solutions across Microsoft 365 and Power PlatformBackground working in client‑facing consulting or professional services environmentsFamiliarity with governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft 365 and Power PlatformExperience working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality What Success Looks LikeYou confidently lead client conversations and requirements sessions without hand‑holdingYou deliver SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that are well‑designed, fit for purpose, and reliableTeam members look to you as a source of trust and guidanceWork moves forward because you are actively driving itClients trust you as both a technical expert and a delivery ownerSolutions are delivered on time with clear accountability#J-18808-Ljbffr
