Job Description Summary Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an outside sales representative (General Tool/Rental) to develop new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative solutions in general tool and construction equipment. Outside Sales Representative (General Tool/Rental) Expected earning potential: $90-150K in the first year. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new customers in your territory Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional service Coordinate with operations on equipment availability and rental programs Deliver presentations and business reviews to management Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with safety standards What We're Looking For Experience 2+ years in direct sales or project management within the equipment industry Power generation or testing equipment background preferred Skills Strong business development and customer retention abilities Technical aptitude and ability to learn engineering concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25+ lbs, work indoors/outdoors, and occasionally travel for customer visits.
