This role is responsible for driving measurable increases in reservations and guest traffic. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the campaigns, content, and key moments that bring Mill Street Brewpub to life and keep guests coming through the doors. You’ll own the marketing calendar, execute paid media and OpenTable strategies, and capture compelling photos and videos that inspire guests to book. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who moves fast, collaborates closely with operations, and takes pride in delivering marketing that drives real results. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Project Management Lead marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting Manage multiple timelines and collaborate across Operations, Ownership, and external partners Ensure marketing initiatives align with operational readiness and revenue goals Ownership of Key Revenue Periods Develop and execute marketing plans around Patio Season, Holiday Season, Wedding Season, Oktoberfest, St. Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, Canada Day, and New Year’s Eve Drive reservations, event bookings, and guest traffic during peak periods Reservations & Paid Media Own and optimize OpenTable as a marketing and demand-generation platform Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and OpenTable Manage budgets and improve return on marketing investment Content Creation (Required) Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography Plan, shoot, and edit content for social media, paid advertising, and marketing campaigns Ensure content reflects the brand and drives guest engagement Digital & In-Venue Marketing Execute marketing across social media, email, events, and in-house promotions Support activations, partnerships, and guest-facing marketing initiatives Qualifications 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality Strong videography and photography skills (portfolio required) Proven success driving reservations, guest traffic, or foot traffic Experience using OpenTable as a marketing tool is strongly preferred Excellent project management and organizational skills Restaurant operations experience strongly preferred Core Competencies Highly organized and execution-focused.
