In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day experience of our head office while helping shape how employees connect to the company across both office and job site environments. From the moment someone walks through the door to how they experience key milestones, programs, and events - you’ll play a central role in bringing our culture to life in a way that’s practical, inclusive, and authentic for our business.This is a hands‑on, highly visible role that blends leadership with execution. As part of our People & Talent leadership team, you’ll lead a small team, oversee office operations and facilities, and bring thoughtful, people‑first ideas to life. You’ll also help strengthen the connection between our office and site teams, ensuring a consistent and meaningful employee experience regardless of where they’re located.
