About The Role Full lifecycle project management – lead all aspects of development projects, including budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, construction interface, and delivery. Stage gate leadership – drive projects through internal stage gates, ensuring criteria are met for approval and advancing projects through the development lifecycle. Financial accountability – develop and manage pro‑formas, project budgets and cost reports in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams. Stakeholder & consultant management – manage relationships with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, city planners and legal advisers to build strong alignment and execution. Construction interface – work closely with Marcon’s Construction team to ensure on‑site work aligns with design intent, budget and schedule. About You A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., real estate, business, planning, engineering). 5–7 years of progressive experience in real‑estate development. Strong project‑management, financial acumen and communication skills. Developed knowledge base of architectural and major building systems. Proven ability to achieve results, lead cross‑functional teams, manage risk and navigate complexity. Experience applying legal concepts and municipal policy to identify risks and opportunities. What We Offer Marcon offers a competitive compensation package: $130,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus pay‑for‑performance bonuses, comprehensive family health benefits, RSP matching and employee recognition programs.
