The VP of Canada is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction of aviation services operations across Canada. This role provides strategic direction and hands‑on operational oversight to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and customer‑focused service delivery in a highly regulated aviation environment. This role will lead multiple airport operations, develop high‑performing teams, strengthen airline and airport authority partnerships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support company growth, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture. This position requires a proven leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, build strong relationships with customers and regulators, and foster a culture aligned with company values and service standards.
