After building a practice in Victoria over 25 rewarding years, Dr. Janicki has relocated to the mainland. He has an immediate 1850‑patient panel available under the plan to stay until a replacement is found. Dr. Janicki works with three collaborative colleagues sharing staff, office space and overhead. He works five days a week: one‑and‑a‑half days in the office with access to two exam rooms, and three half‑days remotely, seeing 20‑25 patients per half‑day. The EMR is OSCAR.
