Our client located in Nova Scotia has an immediate openings for a Electrical Lead Hand Pay Rate: $40/hr Shift: Day and Afternoon Shift Responsibilities: • Schedule maintenance for all equipment on site.• Implement preventative maintenance program and maintain records.• Identify and record any problems relating to the process and quality system.• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.• Verify the implementation of solutions.• Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency of unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.• Follow-up, respond, resolve or refer employees to appropriate personnel for concern resolution/inquiries.• Prepare reports, maintain records, communicate all required information to appropriate parties as required or applicable (Reports include Time Sheets, Daily Attendance Sheets, Overtime Records, Monthly Employee History).• Provide continuous guidance to Apprentices and sign-off Apprenticeship Training Standards as assigned.• Required to train employees on policies, procedures & job specific work instructions applicable to work area.• Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications: • Recognized Certificate of Qualification as Electrician, or equivalent trade experience.• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.• Good organizational skills and scheduling abilities.• Ability to meet deadlines and attain objectives with a minimum of supervision.
