Apple is looking for a People Business Partner supporting the Americas Retail team in British Columbia, Canada. This is a hybrid role with time working remotely and time spent in stores. Responsibilities Leadership development Talent and performance management People initiatives through a direct consultative partnership with the Retail leadership team Delivery and implementation of change management Minimum Qualifications 7–12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner Experience driving the implementation of talent initiatives, tools, and processes Prioritizes workload and leads multiple projects while adapting to changing needs of the organization Mitigates organizational risk through proactive diagnoses and timely implementation of dynamic solutions Upholds the Apple culture and advocates for the employee experience High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability Resourceful, inventive, self‑motivated and able to independently lead Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking Demonstrated success driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate the employee experience Strong proficiency with workforce data and insights, translating analytics into recommendations that shape outcomes Ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships at all levels — grounded in discretion, empathy, and sound judgment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in French (CA) and English Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree and HR certifications valued Project or program management experience Stay curious: demonstrates a deep curiosity about the untold or undiscovered story 7–12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner; proven ability to influence senior leaders; strong proficiency with workforce data and analytics; high emotional intelligence; experience with talent management and change management; bilingual French/English an asset; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
