The Consumer, Telco & Technology (CTT) and Private Capital teams seek a Principal to support clients across the deal transaction lifecycle and contribute to partnership‑level engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process within those relationships, teaming with Partners and sharing responsibility for the success of specific engagements. Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery that meets agreed upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practice and the firm’s technical competence. Guide and influence clients in an informed way across all situations, becoming trusted advisors. Engage fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities. Create exciting and additive intellectual capital through thought leadership, while staying knowledgeable on a broad range of adjacent topics. Develop others and build a followership as part of the firm’s asset building. Lead firm‑building activities, serve as a role model for firm values, and establish a strong personal brand within and outside the firm. Desired Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or CMT/TMT industry experience plus Private Capital experience. Commercial due diligence expertise. Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills. Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast‑paced, demanding environments. Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives. Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time. Employment Details Location: San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC.Employment type: Full‑time. Salary The applicable base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $260,000.
