Role Summary This role ensures Quebec dealers are supported by strong, well‑executed advertising and merchandising strategies, enabling alignment between provincial and national initiatives. The Quebec Merchandising Manager drives consistency, performance, and commercial impact across the province. Key Responsibilities Support Quebec committees (Advertising, Automotive, FMA) by preparing agendas, presentations, and material for meetings. Act as central contact between committees and corporate partners. Plan and execute merchandising, advertising, and promotional initiatives across Quebec with dealers and corporate partners, ensuring business objectives alignment. Launch local advertising and promotions, continually innovating to reach customers and drive sales. Coordinate with the national advertising team to complement national plans and align with Quebec market needs. Consult with the Montreal advertising agency on national campaigns to ensure relevancy for the Quebec market. Assist the FMA Committee in implementing large‑scale commercial opportunities with merchants and suppliers. Negotiate local advertising and promotional programs with vendors to maximize ROI. Track, analyze, and present performance results to committees and stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility on outcomes and ROI. Communicate major commercial opportunities to Quebec dealers on behalf of the CCMQ. Qualifications Experience developing and implementing targeted social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to reach Quebec customers. Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging. Proficiency with analytics tools to track social media performance and report results to stakeholders. Prior experience in merchandising, marketing, advertising, and retail operations. Ability to collaborate effectively with dealers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams. Experience working in a governance or committee environment. Bilingual in French and English (required). Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
