Job Summary Senior D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant – key member of the Microsoft team responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting financial processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) for clients across the Americas. Responsibilities Analyze client business needs and translate them into precise functional solutions within the D365 F&O Finance module. Actively participate in all phases of implementation projects: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go‑live, ensuring optimal quality. Expertly configure and customize the Finance module (general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, period closing). Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution integration and consistency. Act as a key contact point, simplifying technical concepts and maintaining excellent relationships with business stakeholders. Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive functional documentation (specifications, user guides, procedures). Support and train end‑users for successful solution adoption and provide effective post‑deployment support. Ensure continuous functional and technological watch on new features of D365 F&O Finance module and contribute to process improvement. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with several full implementation projects on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O – Finance module. Excellent understanding of financial processes and accounting best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification (strong asset). CPA title, a valued asset. Experience in ERP project management. Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.
