Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Analyste qualité conformité fournisseurs (h/f) pour rejoindre notre équipe de gestion de la conformité fournisseurs basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes d’opérations et d’approvisionnement. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe conformité fournisseurs chargée de veiller à l'adhérence aux requis qualité ainsi qu’à la validation des enjeux fournisseurs soulevés par nos opérations. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle en tant qu’Analyste qualité conformité fournisseurs sera de prendre les actions de contingence nécessaires chez nos fournisseurs afin de protéger les opérations de la non qualité externe tout en assurant une excellente collaboration avec les équipes internes pour mieux définir les enjeux rencontrés dans la ligne de production. The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for Supplier Compliance Quality Analyst (f/m) to join our Supplier Compliance Management Team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the operations and procurement teams. You will be part of the Supplier Compliance Management Team responsible for ensuring adherence to quality requirements as well as validating supplier issues raised by our operations. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as Supplier Compliance Quality Analyst will be to take the necessary contingency actions with our suppliers in order to protect operations from external non-quality while ensuring excellent collaboration with internal teams to better define the issues encountered in the production line. Qualifications DEC in engineering or aeronautics with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Bilingual. Knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA). Solid problem‑solving experience. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems effectively. Leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team. Flexibility to communicate with suppliers in a different time zone. Good work structure for efficient organization of work. Strong ability to synthesize and document information. Additional Information This role may involve business travel worldwide. Possible on‑call duties during week‑ends and/or holiday seasons.
