Associate Manager, IT Master Data – at a glance You will be responsible for leading activities for master data application management services (AMS) for business day‑to‑day requirements at the Kraft Heinz Company. You will lead/interact with internal and external resources owning incident management, development / configuration, small enhancements and end user engagement. What's on the menu? I am a techno‑functional in Master Data Governance and an expert in one of the Master Data domains – Product/Material, Business Partner, and Finance. I have worked in at least two Master Data Governance support projects and I'm knowledgeable in global delivery model operations. I have worked on data models (enhance data model in Flex/Re‑Use mode), rule‑based workflow, BRF+ configuration, update decision tables, HANA Search, data quality duplicate checks and DRFOUT framework. I am a persuasive communicator, strong facilitator with the ability to be flexible and adjust approach to each situation. I have functional process knowledge in one or more areas, with emphasis on OTC, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, PLM, Commercialization, Marketing/e‑commerce, governance, analytics. I have strong overall SAP knowledge – WRICEFs, ECC, MDG Workflow, Data Services, Ariba, S4, etc. I have data migration exposure from requirements gathering, mapping, data construction, testing, training document creation and execution, go‑live and support.
