Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, and processes Document As-Is vs To-Be process flows, use cases and user stories. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Collaborate with technology teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
