We are looking for a Pet Ambassador to support a one‑off event on Saturday, July 25, 2026. The role lasts 9 hours: 3 hours of training, 1 hour of pre‑event team call, and 5 hours in‑store on the event day. The event offers a chance to win an extra $200 in a photo contest (20 winners), and may lead to future work through Royal Canin. Responsibilities Tidy and face client’s products on shelves, ensuring authorized POS materials are set up. Build and maintain relationships with store associates, management, and pet parents. Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to help increase recommendations and sales. Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging pet parents and their pets in‑store and at events. Delight customers with pet health and nutrition information and personalized product recommendations. Set up demos and displays as required. Maintain and leverage client‑provided material such as equipment and handouts. Support recommendations driving special projects as required. Qualifications Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pet health and nutrition. Access to reliable transportation to multiple stores. Access to a smart device for reporting. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must be 18 years or older. Preferred—experience working with pets; RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field. Benefits Represent a significant pet brand.
