We're seeking an experienced ADP Payroll Consultant to support a client engagement focused on assessing and optimizing their current ADP payroll workplace. This is an advisory engagement — the consultant will evaluate the existing ADP solution, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend a path forward for sustaining business needs. Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with the client's business process leads and IT SMEs to understand current ADP usage, including customization and configuration, business processes, roles and security, integrations, and reporting Provide a perspective on whether the current ADP solution can be optimized to sustain future business needs, including reasonable adjustments such as automation, AI, integration with peripheral tools, and enabling or disabling unused features and modules Highlight opportunities for improvement in the current ADP solution, with high-level effort and timeline estimates for implementing enhancements Document findings and recommendations for client stakeholders Required QualificationsHands-on experience with one or more ADP payroll platforms: Workforce Now, Vantage, or GlobalView Strong understanding of payroll processes and Canadian statutory requirements Background in payroll implementations or consulting environments (not pure BAU payroll administration) Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills — comfortable interviewing senior business and IT stakeholders Ability to translate technical configuration into business recommendations Preferred QualificationsPrior Big 4 or management consulting experience Multi-platform ADP exposure across Workforce Now, Vantage, and/or GlobalView Experience with payroll system assessments or optimization engagements#J-18808-Ljbffr
