Overview Senior level management position that provides leadership and performs a broad range of duties supporting the overall human resource management and operations. The HR office supports over 150 positions in seven of the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation communities. Reporting directly to the Executive Director and working as part of the Senior Management team, the HR Manager will consult, plan, advise, develop, implement and coordinate all aspects of the organization's HR functions including: personnel policy and procedure development, review and coordination; recruitment, selection and retention plans; manage employee and labour relations; training & development; health & safety; compensation & benefits; performance management including preparation for and making recommendations on hiring, promotions, discipline and termination.
