Seeking a senior–design lead/developer resource to help deliver and validate customer Identification and Access management solutions. Minimum of 9 years of strong hands-on developer experience. Responsibilities for this position include: Lead technical discussions and collaborate with high-performance professionals at various levels (junior to senior designer). Identify and resolve issues affecting application integrity (e.g., cross-capability/release issues). Adopt a learning mindset to treat each task as a challenge, fostering continuous improvement through knowledge sharing. Ensure design leverages existing reusable components, aligns with business requirements, and incorporates reusability in new modules. Review technical deliverables for quality during detailed design and development, addressing gaps or redesigns as needed. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members. Job Requirements: The successful candidate will: Have a strong technology background as a full-stack developer (primarily Java), with experience building large-scale enterprise solutions. Experience in building REST APIs, microservices, Spring, and container solutions. Possess excellent database knowledge and hands-on experience managing large RDBMS, LDAP, NoSQL, Oracle, MSSQL. Frontend experience with Angular or React, with basic to intermediate scripting skills. Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Familiarity with vulnerability scan tools (Veracode, Sonar) and log management tools (Splunk, DataDog, Dynatrace). Additional Information: VMC and Azure expertise are required.
