As a senior member of our Business Advisory team, you’ll identify high‑impact data and artificial intelligence opportunities that drive CEO‑level priorities, engage senior executives to develop Data & AI strategy, mobilize teams to deliver market‑leading solutions, and serve as the ongoing voice of the business to keep technical teams laser‑focused on value. Responsibilities Providing thought partnership to senior executives on pressing business problems and potential AI solutions. Building and communicating strategic business plans, collaborating with the Borealis research and product teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and success. Mobilizing and providing business leadership to technical teams as they build and scale Data & AI solutions. Building relationships with subject‑matter experts and technical teams across RBC. Representing the business vision within Borealis and the broader enterprise technology community, educating researchers on business needs. Understanding Borealis research priorities and creatively mapping technologies onto business problems to identify new opportunity areas. Defining business requirements and collaborating with product and research teams to establish solution scopes, test technical feasibility, and resolve business issues during development. Qualifications 10+ years in fast‑paced management consulting, financial services, or technology‑focused organizations. Experience delivering technology solutions with material business impact. Working knowledge of data analytics and machine learning. Track record of developing relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders at large enterprises. Experience developing business cases and related communications for technology projects. Creative thinker with a focus on long‑term strategy and detail on short‑term deliverables.
