Build and maintain relationships with store associates, management, and pet parents. Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales. Build brand awareness by engaging with pet parents and their pets in‑store and at events. Delight customers with pet health information and personalized product recommendations. Set up demos and displays as required. Maintain and leverage client materials to engage associates and pet parents. Support special project recommendations as required. Qualifications Pet enthusiast who cares about pet health and nutrition. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple stores. Smart device for reporting. Experience working with pets (preferred). Educational background in pet field (RVT, AHT, BSc, MSc) preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must be 18 years or older.
