Location Edmonton, Canada Sector Accountancy Salary 70,000.00 CAD to 80,000.00 CAD per annum A well-established Edmonton-based company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team in a permanent full‑time capacity. This is a high-volume, in‑office payroll role within a stable organization. What You’ll Be Doing: Processing weekly and biweekly payroll for union and non‑union employees Managing payroll for salaried and hourly employees across Alberta Handling payroll volumes ranging from approximately 50–80 employees weekly during regular periods and up to 250 employees during peak season Supporting payroll audits, reconciliations, deductions, remittances, and payroll reporting Responding to payroll inquiries and working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timelines are met Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies What We’re Looking For: Previous high‑volume payroll experience Experience processing both union and non‑union payroll strongly preferred Comfortable managing multiple payroll cycles and shifting priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently PCP designation required Strong communication and organizational skills At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
