Commission-Based Sales and Marketing Specialist Job Type Full Time Workspace In-Person About the Role In this role, the Employee shall be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and promoting the Employer’s services through strategic marketing efforts. Duties include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects; Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals; Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction; Conducting market research and reporting trends and competitor activity; Coordinating promotional events and digital marketing campaigns; Generating leads through cold calls, networking, and industry outreach; Tracking performance metrics to evaluate marketing ROI and sales effectiveness; Providing timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management; Ensuring compliance with all applicable marketing regulations and internal policies.
